Jay Bultz literally wrote the book on drafting separation and divorce agreements. Entitled, “The Master Agreement for Separation & Divorce” it is published by the South Carolina Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Division and is in its Third Edition which came out in 2023. In conjunction with the publication, Mr. Bultz teaches a CLE Seminar for lawyers and other professionals as well as making presentations at national conferences such as APFM and ACR. Mr. Bultz not only believes in drafting clear, concise, and comprehensive agreements, he believes in educating his clients on all relevant issues so that they understand their options and make informed decisions.
